SITUERING
Als je kijkt naar loopbaanprofessionals zijn er behoorlijk wat opleidingen om loopbaancoach of loopbaanbegeleider te worden. Echter ontbreekt het aan diepte- en vervolmakingsopleidingen voor deze doelgroep. In deze 3-daagse specialisatiopleiding willen we daaraan tegemoetkomen door op een aantal onderwerpen dieper in te gaan.
Andrea Wandel, health practitioner and referent, born at 1963, works since 30 years as an edge traveler on different fields of consciousness. Her passion and curiosity relates to the translation of the speechless realm of our being in a form of communication everybody can understand. A holistic approach is normal for her which includes lots of different tools. Beyond every concept and every diagnose we attach as humans and our health is always reachable. Her passion is transformation in every aspect.

De doelgroep voor deze opleiding zijn coaches, loopbaanbegeleiders, HR-medewerkers, leidinggevenden, personen die bezig zijn met loopbaanontwikkeling en iedereen die wil werken aan zichzelf, waarden en talent in en rond organisaties. De focus ligt op loopbaanbegeleiding van volwassenen.

Mogelijkheid van betaling via KMO portefeuille:
A-Lissome is erkend voor de subsidie van de KMO Portefeuille. Indien uw organisatie aan de voorwaarden voldoet, betaalt de Vlaamse Overheid 30 tot 40% van het bedrag van de training. Het catering bedrag tot 25 euro per dag per persoon komt ook in aanmerking. Het BTW bedrag niet, dat wordt rechtstreeks aan A-Lissome betaald.

The Trainer
Andrea Wandel
Health practitioner and trauma/hsp-expert Andrea Wandel, born Santiago de Chile on May 8th 1963, is working over 30 years in many countries as an edge traveller who combines different approaches disciplines in her trainings and seminars. With curiosity and love she translates people’s language beyond language in a language that creates connection on different levels of consciousness.
Being at the same time a musician and composer, heightened sensitivity is a normality for her, which enables her to translate holistic perceptions into a language easily accessible for many people. She encourages her students and participants to study as many concepts as possible, to let go all concepts after studying them.
Andrea’s education and experience contains: music studies, HP-education, detoxification therapies and close collaboration with Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, neural and psycho kinesiology, heart rate variability tests, systemic constellation work and collaboration with Bert Hellinger, different body-based approaches such as homeopathy, acupuncture, neural therapy, craniosacral therapy, baby work, body-based trauma work after Peter Levine.
